My hips hurt when I stood up and my hips hurt when I sat down. I had stiffness In my joints and at one point had stiffness in my jaw where I had to Purée my food for several days. I started working out twice weekly and it was tough but fun. 

My weight at the beginning was 135 pounds, my lean body mass was 94.4 pounds, my body fat mass was 41 pounds and my body fat percentage was 30.3%.

After 5 months, I had achieved my goals. My weight was 123 pounds, my lean body mass was 96.8 pounds, my body fat mass was 26.2 pounds and my body fat percentage was 21.4%.

My greatest achievement however was feeling better, getting stronger, having more energy and having muscles and definition that I never ever imagined.
